Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 15 days before check-in: 90% refund (bank charges applicable).
• Cancellation between 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund of total booking amount.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
• Early check-out or no-show: Full booking amount will be charged with no refund.

Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment. Any transaction or gateway fees deducted at the time of booking will not be refundable.

Modifications & Date Changes

Date change requests are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of ₹500 + applicable taxes. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government lockdowns, or extreme weather conditions, Shanthagiri Homestay reserves the right to offer a travel credit valid for 6 months instead of a cash refund. We will work with you to reschedule your stay at the earliest convenience.
